• Sign-up: All new accounts start with a 1-year subscription.
• Prepay Discounts: Once your account is created, you can log in to My Account and choose to prepay for multiple years at a discount.

This guide explains how pricing works and how you can extend your subscription to save.

Current Pricing

When you sign up for MyChurchEvents.com, you’ll pay:

• One-Year Subscription – $69.95/year

That’s it—no hidden fees, no shipping costs, and your subscription will automatically renew each year at this same rate unless you make changes.

Renewal Options & Discounts

After signing up, you can immediately visit your My Account page to prepay and lock in multi-year discounts:

• 1-Year Renewal – $69.95
• 2-Year Renewal – $129.90 (Save $10)
• 3-Year Renewal – $188.85 (Save $21)

💡 Tip: Prepaying locks in your current low rate, protecting you from any future price increases.

How to Prepay & Save

1. Log in to My Account.
2. Under Plan Details, click Prepay now and SAVE!
3. Choose your renewal option (1, 2, or 3 years).
4. Complete your payment.

Your account will be updated to reflect the new renewal term and expiration date.

Automatic Renewal

• By default, your account will automatically renew yearly at $69.95.
• If you prepay for multiple years, your automatic renewal will occur at the end of the prepaid period.

Example

If you sign up today for 1 year, your account will renew in one year at $69.95.

If you immediately go to My Account and select the 3-year renewal, your account will extend for a total of 3 years, and you’ll save $21 compared to paying year by year.
