Updating Your Account Information

You can update your My Church Events membership anytime by logging into the website. Use My Account to quickly update your address, email, payment information, change your password, or cancel your subscription.

How to get to My Account

  • After you log in, click My Account.

What you can update on the My Account page

  • Manage payment info – Update your credit card or make a payment.
  • Billing History – View recent activity or print an invoice.
  • Change name, email or address – Update the account name, shipping/billing address, phone number, or email address. You can also add a CC email address to your account for all financial correspondence.

    If you update the email address on the account, your calendar doesn't change, but the next time the Admin (account owner) signs in they will need to use the new mail address with the existing password. The new Admin can also reset the password.

  • Change Password – Update your login information.
  • Opt into paperless billing – Switch to e-billing. Note: You won’t see the opt-in link if you’re already opted in. To opt-out, contact service@mychurchevents.com.
  • Cancel Membership – Deactivate your membership.

How to Change the Administrator on Your Account

If you need to change the administrator for your church account, follow these steps.

Only the Admin can make these changes. Editors can not make changes to the name, email or address on the account.

If the Current Administrator Can Log In:

  1. Log in as the Administrator and go to My Account.
  2. Click on Change Name, Email, or Address.
  3. Update the name and email to the new Administrator’s information.
  4. If the new Administrator is also listed as an Editor, go to Manage Editors and remove their Editor listing.
  5. The new Administrator should reset their password by visiting this page: Reset Password.
  6. For detailed instructions, refer to the help document on resetting your password.

If the Current Administrator Cannot Log In:

If the existing Administrator is unable to sign in, contact us with the following details, and we will assist you:

  • Church Name & Address
  • Account Number (if available)
  • Current Administrator’s Name & Email
  • New Administrator’s Name & Email
