Can I Have More Than One Calendar in My Church Events?
My Church Events doesn’t support multiple fully separate calendars under one account—but there are flexible ways to organize, display and share different sets of events.
This guide walks through your best options by using Private Events, Interest Groups or, if absolutely needed, a second account to create and share calendar events with different groups of users.
Option 1: Use Private Events
If you have events that only certain people (like staff) should see—such as maintenance tasks, event setup or internal meetings—you can make those events private.
Great for: Staff-only meetings, planning, setup/teardown tasks, staff birthdays, building maintenance
- What are private events? They’re visible only to people with permission.

And how others can View Private Events
Option 2: Tag and Share Events with an Interest Group
For mission teams, birthday groups or special events, consider tagging events with an Interest Group and then sharing just that group’s calendar.
Great for: Mission groups, women’s ministry, youth events or any group-specific calendar
- First, Create and Edit Interest Groups
Then, Share the Interest Group Calendar using a custom link
Option 3: Create a Second Calendar Account
If private events or interest groups don’t meet your needs and you truly require a completely separate calendar, you’ll have to create a second My Church Events account.
- Be sure to use a different email address (and a different physical address, if possible)
- Our system cannot support two accounts with the same email
