Viewing the Calendar

Your church calendar includes several tools to help you find the events you care about. You can move between dates, switch between calendar and list views, filter by interest groups or resources, search by keyword, print, export, subscribe, and unlock private events if you have the password.

  • Use the left (◀) and right (▶) arrows to move to the previous or next month.
  • The Today button jumps back to the current date.

Choose a Date Range

Use the date dropdowns at the top of the calendar to jump to a different date range.

In Month view, you can choose a starting month and an ending month to view more than one month at a time. After selecting the range, scroll down to view all of the selected months.

In Week or Day views, use the dropdown to jump to another week or day.

Switch Between Views

You can choose how events are displayed:

  • Calendar View: Shows events in a traditional calendar grid. Calendar View supports Month and Week views.
  • List View: Shows events in a simple list. List View supports MonthWeek, and Day views.
  • Past Events: Turn this option on to include past events in the current view.

Filter by Interest Groups or Resource

If your calendar uses Interest Groups or Resources, you can filter the calendar to show only certain events.

  • Use Interest Groups to view events for a group such as Youth Group, Choir, or Women’s Ministry.
  • Use Resources to view events connected to a room, piece of equipment, vehicle, or person.

Select the Interest Groups or Resources dropdown, then choose the option you want to view. Select All Interest Groups or All Resources to remove the filter.

Search the calendar

Use the search box to find events by keyword. Search results can also be filtered by Interest Group or Resource. If you want to search older events, turn on Search Past Events through and choose how far back to search.
