Viewing the Calendar

Your church calendar can be navigated and viewed in several different ways to find the events you care about.

Navigate Between Months

Use the left (◀) and right (▶) arrows to move to the previous or next month.
The Today button jumps back to the current date.

Choose a Date Range

Select the month and year dropdown menus to quickly jump to a specific month and year.
You can set a start and end month if you’d like to view more than one month at a time.
Now you can scroll down the page to see the range of dates you've chosen.

Switch Between Views

You can choose how the calendar is displayed:

Calendar View (default): Shows the traditional grid by month.
List View: Shows events in a simple list.
Month / Week / Day Toggle: Switch between seeing the entire month, just one week or even a day at a time.
Past Events: Check this box to include past events in your view.

Filter by Interest Groups or Resource

If your calendar is using Interest Groups or Resources, you can filter the events on your calendar by interest groups (such as Youth Group or Choir) or by Resources (such as "television" or "church van").

Click the drop-downs and choose what interest group or resource you'd like to see.

Search the calendar

The calendar has a full search feature so you can find events by keyword. Please see this help document to learn more: Search Your Calendar

Additional Options

Print: Print a paper copy of the calendar. For more details click here.
Export: Export to Word or as a CVS file. Click here to read more.
